Your child's provider knows it is important to check on learning and behavior. This helps guide parents in child-rearing, and tells when more help is needed. So, on this site, you will take one or two tests. The first is 10 questions about how your child is coming along. The second is only for children at certain ages. It is 23 yes-no questions about specific behaviors and skills. The test(s) will take 5 - 10 minutes to complete.

The results will be sent to your child's provider so you can talk about them at your next visit.
